In September 2009 the Ernst family from Kerteminde/Funen set out on a sailing journey that can only be described as an adventure for lifetime.

The house was rented out, the two kids aged nine and 14 were taken out of their school and jobs were put on hold only to gather the family for several months under sail in an IMX40, wellknown in Kerteminde to be one of the local champion-boats. With a set of EPEX sails from Elvstrøm Sails it's not unusual for "Exabyte" to be crossing the finishing line in first. Now the high-tech membrane sails are proving themselves effective for long-range cruising as well.

The family has now left the Caribean, gone throgh the Panama Canal and reached the Galapagos. Hop on board and join the Ernsts for whom an ordinary day at the office includes scuba-diving, sunbathing and endless hours of prime sailing adventure in most exotic waters.
