Hjördis is the first person our clients meet on the phone or in the lobby upon arrival. With her smile, soft voice and helpfulness she effectively finds the right person for our clients to speak to. Besides being the important positive first impression for our clients Hjördis assists the bookkeeping and sales. Hjördis is an active out-door-girl and a keen skier. She’s a member of the Aabenraa Skiing Club and with the club she has made several trips to the Austrian alps that for many years has been her favorite skiing spot.

With Elvstrøm Sails since May 2011 William came from the TUCO yard with lots of knowhow and experience about the Carbon3 project which involves both sails and crew from Elvstrøm Sails. William knows the boat in all details and it was only natural to have him as one of the skippers. He is educated a constructional engineer and has always been sailing. As 18 year old William took his first national championship in Folkeboat and several boattypes later he jumped on board a Scankap 99 only to dominate the class for the next many years with 20 national titles.

Having worked in boating business for several years Elvstrøm Sails has benefitted from Jochens know-how since 2003. Jochen knew of Elvstrøm Sails from some of his previous jobs so when the need for changes arose, he knew where to go to. During the sailing season Jochen is keeping his sailing-skills alive on board his X-412 on the waters off Flensborg.

As it goes for many of his colleagues Kim, being a sailor, has also found an excellent combination of job and hobby in his job with Elvstrøm Sails, where he's been since 1994. Kim is today our key account manager for Quorning Boats and Nordship Yachts and he also handles all enquirys about southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Norway. On the racecourse Kim also gets time to race a Luffe 37 from time to time.

Personal assistant to Jesper Bank. Lisbeth has been with Elvstrøm Sails since 2000, and she likes working in an actionrelated company with an ever changing workingday. When off duty Lisbeth is an active member of the local Ladies Circle and now and then she also takes her family sailing in their Omega 28.

Keyaccount manager for Bavaria Yachtbau and Faurby Yachts among others. Søren has been with Elvstrøm Sails since 1995 and it's still a great pleasure to him knowing that he helped his clients choosing the right set of sails. During the season Søren is testing Bavarias yachts as well as the racing-sails of his Scankap 99.
